A £20 deposit is required on all semi permanent makeup bookings, with the balance due on the day of your appointment. The deposit is non refundable without exception. By paying the deposit you acknowledge the deposit is non refundable. Appointments can be moved if we are notified 48 hours before.

If a treated area is picked, pulled or knocked, not only is it more susceptible to infection it may also affect the healed result and could appear uneven and require more work for which there will be an additional charge.
